LINIE

In ihren Objekten erforscht Judith P. Fischer die Entwicklung des Raums, wie er sich über die Linie kommend formuliert. Die Linien bilden dabei nicht nur Raum, sondern der Raum wird in ihnen sichtbar, die Linien selbst werden zu räumlichen Gebilden. Kubaturen nachzeichnend, den Schnittflächen in ihrer Materialität Volumen gebend, sich mit den umgebenden architektonischen Strukturen verzahnend.

LINE

In her objects, Judith P. Fischer investigates the development of space and how it is formulated from the line. In these works space is not only shaped by lines but becomes visible within them; the lines themselves become spatial forms. Tracing cubic capacity, giving volume to intersecting planes, interlocking with surrounding architectural structures.

LOOP ³

Die Stahlarbeit „LOOP ³“ besteht aus drei Einzelobjekten, die jeweils aus sieben Modulen in unterschiedlicher Konfiguration zusammenmontiert sind. In der Folge gruppiert, ergibt sich aus den drei Einzelteilen eine Ansammlung chaotischer Raumlinien.

The steel work "LOOP ³" consists of three individual objects, each of which is assembled from seven modules in different configurations. Grouped in sequence, the three individual parts result in a collection of chaotic spatial lines.

 ZEICHNUNGEN

Zeichnungen entstehen neben der bildhauerischen Arbeit seit Jahren fortlaufend, autonom, ergänzend, erklärend, lustvoll, oftmals im gleichen Format mit Bleistift auf Bristol Papier. Zeichnen ist ein fixer Bestandteil des Tagesgeschehens.

In addition to the sculptural work, drawings have been made continuously for years, autonomously, supplementary, explanatory, fun, often in the same format with pencil on Bristol paper. Drawing is an integral part of everyday life.
